Description

My client is a large and well-known investment management firm and they are looking for a contractor to cover for AGM season as they need assistance with proxy voting.

The role is part of the team aiming to deliver the responsible investment strategy.

More on the role:

Taking responsibility for proxy voting in the upcoming AGM season.
Lead high level ESG engagements with underlying companies / issuers, especially relating to group thematic engagement topics including Net Zero.
Assist with formulation and delivery of annual engagement strategy.
Play an active role in the relevant Responsible Investment Committees and in wider research function.
Interact with investment teams to drive good outcomes for clients, improving the performance of underlying issuers.
