Main Duties:

Member of the pastoral team
To support and supervise pupils with SEMH/learning difficulties who may present with challenging behaviour under the direction of the Deputy headteacher for Pastoral
A large part of the job will entail working with identified children to set targets and promote a course of action that means the child can overcome any barriers to learning and fulfil their potential.

- will quickly build rapport and effective professional relationships with both our young people and colleagues
- will enthuse and motivate colleagues and students to work hard and try their best
- has previous experience of working with children aged in an education setting
- demonstrates personal resilience and role models those personal qualities we wish to instil in our young people.
- has the ability and willingness to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role

The working hours will be:

Monday - Friday (Hours TBC)

- working with secondary aged children in educational setting: 2 years (preferred)
