Kirks are looking for an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator based around one of our offices in either Hereford or Plymouth to join our friendly team.

This can be either a part (min.

21 hours) or full time (35 hours) role as will be based on a hybrid working arrangement of 1 or 2 days in the office and the remainder working from home.

THE ROLE:

The role will be primarily to progress and close CVL cases so the ability to work on your own initiative and manage your case load effectively is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Setting up new cases and closure of cases using IPS software
• Completion of ethical checklists, money laundering documents and other checklists
• Liaising with stakeholders on a regular basis, including agents, directors and creditors
• General day to day administration of cases
• Conducting statutory investigations, including reviewing accounts, bank statements
• Report to managers on a regular basis to update them on case progression and any compliance issues encountered
• Drafting annual and final reports, statement of affairs and other statutory documents

REQUIREMENTS
CPI qualification is desirable but not essential.

You will be resilient, able to multi-task and work independently / flexibly and adaptable, organised and conscientious.

Due to the hybrid nature of the role you will be happy to manage your own case load with mínimal supervision.
