Part Time Operations Assistant - London, United Kingdom - Carlton Recruitment
Description
Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm (with 1 hour lunch).
3 days in the office and 2 days at home, working from home depends on reliable internet bandwidth and quiet working space.

Key Responsibilities as Operations Assistant:
- Manage office contractors and suppliers, ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.
- Keep office tidy, buy milk and fruits once a week, descale coffee machine once a month and other reasonable office tasks.
- Set up Projects.
- Administer and Maintain employees records on internal system.
- Organise and carry out inductions for new members.
- Order stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Organise company events.
- Install and Update devices and software for users.
- Fire marshal and First aider.
- Other office/admin tasks as required.
- On rare occasions travel to other offices required, travel expenses covered.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook as a must, and ideally PowerPoint.
- IT literate: confident installing and updating programs (training given).
