Description
Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm (with 1 hour lunch).


3 days in the office and 2 days at home, working from home depends on reliable internet bandwidth and quiet working space.

Great opportunity for an Operations Assistant. Our client is looking for someone pro-active, highly organised, with a can-do and hands on attitude. You will pro-actively manage the office, propose, and implement ideas to improve the working environment and staff wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities as Operations Assistant:


  • Manage office contractors and suppliers, ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.
  • Keep office tidy, buy milk and fruits once a week, descale coffee machine once a month and other reasonable office tasks.
  • Set up Projects.
  • Administer and Maintain employees records on internal system.
  • Organise and carry out inductions for new members.
  • Order stationery and kitchen supplies.
  • Organise company events.
  • Install and Update devices and software for users.
  • Fire marshal and First aider.
  • Other office/admin tasks as required.
  • On rare occasions travel to other offices required, travel expenses covered.

Key Requirements:


  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook as a must, and ideally PowerPoint.
  • IT literate: confident installing and updating programs (training given).
