We're looking for a Billing Support Specialist to join our Billing Support team in EMEA.

Reporting to the Team Lead for Billing Support EMEA, you will use your organization skills and tech-savviness to support our customers in having a smooth and fantastic customer billing experience.


What you'll be doing:

  • Resolve billing and subscription, and shipment inquiries from customers and through our internal teams. Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts, invoices and payments
  • Validate and update customer account information including acquisition contacts
  • Handle Terminations and outstanding payment enquiries from customers
  • Assist in the coordination of hardware returns
  • Ensuring that SLAs related to customer contacts are continuously exceeded and that efforts are made for sameday responses. Diligently document and track customer issues and resolutions within CRM
  • Expertly navigate our CRM (Salesforce) and various systems to solve problems and escalations related to billing and subscription inquiries both internally and externally. This includes providing insight and support to members of the Sales department
  • Collaborate with peers and other departments for specific issues impacting customers.
  • Consolidate feedback related to system inefficiencies and prioritize accordingly
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes and customer management
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management

What you need to bring:
We're a team of 6 people located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and in Switzerland. Our team is responsible for ensuring a smooth customer billing experience through our customers journey

  • Relevant experience in an administrative or support role;
  • Full working proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Stellar time management and organization skills;
  • Obsessive attention to detail;
  • A thorough and methodical approach to your work;
  • Excellent typing and multitasking skills;
  • Previous experience in ECommerce, Retail or Restaurant would be ideal, but we'll settle for passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
