Description

Great chance either for a recent graduate or someone with phones based customer experience to break into the UK's IT sector and all the opportunity it can offer.

The Call Handler's day to day routine would consist of:

  • Updating call management systems
  • Assist with ticket allocation, making sure IT engineers have the correct workload
  • Completing paperwork
  • Monitoring performance through KPI's

To Qualify:

  • Proven experience in a call centre
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
  • Team player
  • Positive, self motivated and enthusiastic

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dartford, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
