I am working with an innovative and forward thinking global company based in Elstree who are looking for a CRM Analyst to join them.

This role offers Hybrid working so you will only be required 2 days a week in the office, it has a fantastic work culturewhere they put the staff first.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and Monitor the CRM to ensure best practice are maintained
  • Build workflows for sharing information between marketing automation and CRM
  • Ensuring all data is GDPR compliant
  • Produce advanced data analysis with recommendations to help understand our customers in order to drive marketing actions
  • Analyse data to identify key trends influencing the customer journey
  • Providing an insight into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements
  • Analyse leads to sales ratio
  • Enhance relationships with customers and prospects

Skills Required:

  • Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce
  • SQL data experience
  • Experience in a similar role previously
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project Management Skills
