- Extensive experience in delivering complex transformation projects, with a strong track record in project management, business analysis, and change management within a Transformation Office (TMO), PMO, or similar strategic environment
- Demonstrable ability to lead and deliver business-wide, multi-site transformation initiatives, including implementing new systems and processes.
- Proven expertise in driving digital transformation initiatives, with hands‑on experience in leveraging data analytics and implementing process automation solutions to deliver measurable business improvements
- Advanced capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design, with proficiency in industry‑standard tools and methodologies.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing at all levels, driving adoption of change and embedding new ways of working.
- Proven experience of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and change management principles.
- Able to interpret complex business challenges, and design innovative, practical solutions.
