**Senior Housing Officer - Housing Association - About the Client
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a national housing association who are looking to appoint a Senior Housing Officer.

The role is on an initial temporary contract until 31/3/2023, paying £37,399 per annum pro rata, plus £1,250 car allowance.

**Senior Housing Officer - Housing Association - About the role

Enable Sustainable tenancies
Take ownership for all aspects of customer safety to ensure all homes and communities are safe and secure for residents
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure homes are let sustainably
Deliver creative solutions in order to let more difficult to let properties, including the effective use of void enhancement budgets
Support and advise customers who are unable to maintain their homes
Provide daytoday support to staff with complex cases (such as ASB, rent arrears) through attending meetings with customer partners and devising action plans
Manage a small number of temporary accommodation schemes, providing support to residents
Support staff to resolve complex complaints and monitor and manage the early resolution stage ensuring all actions are completed

**Senior Housing Officer - Housing Association - What You Need

UK Driving License and own vehicle
Experience of managing a patch of social housing residents
Experience of managing the lettings and allocations of social housing properties
Experience of dealing with low level antisocial behaviour
Experience working directly for a housing association
