Quest Search and Selection have partnered with a leading food procurement and supply chain management companies in the world, providing innovative solutions and services to a wide range of clients in the foodservice industry.

They are looking for a skilled and experienced Buyer to join their Buying team.


Key responsibilities:


  • Source and purchase dairy products for clients
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate prices and contracts
  • Ensure that all products meet business quality standards
  • Monitor market trends and keep uptodate with industry developments
  • Work closely with other members of the procurement team to develop and implement procurement strategies
  • Analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions based on market trends and client needs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Provide regular reports on purchasing activity to management

Key requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in buying, procurement or purchasing
  • Background in Food within Retail, Ecommerce or B2C
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry developments
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing contracts
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
