Our Specialist School in Lymington, Hampshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team.

If you have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of students aged 7-19, particularly those with Autism, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing essential support to students with Autism, helping them develop their Life Skills and achieve their full potential.

Whether you are working one-on-one with a student or facilitating small group activities, your role will be crucial in creating a positive and nurturing environment for our students.

We are looking for individuals who are punctual, reliable, and have a strong commitment to working in the education sector.

While previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable, it is not essential - we value qualities such as empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.

In return, we offer a competitive pay rate of £95-100 per day, along with the opportunity for a permanent position after a 16-week temporary contract.

Working hours are 8:30am-4:30pm.
