An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Co-ordinator to join our Supported Living and Outreach services in Glasgow.
You'll have a really rewarding role working with a great team of people and the chance to make a real difference to other people's lives.
The Role
We are looking for someone with supervisory experience in a social care setting, to act as a role model for our staff teams.
Your main duties will include; assisting with rota management, liaising with social workers, attending formal meetings, providing direction and practice guidance to Support Workers and Shift Leads on appropriate interventions and support to ensure the safety of the people we support, staff and members of public at all times.
You will assist with supervisions, performance management, carrying out audits and spot checks, taking a lead role in the support and development of Support Workers and Shift Leads.
Experience in a social care environment would be a distinct advantage, as well as a strong background working within support and care.
Driver is preferred for this role but not essential.
You will have responsibilities for ensuring our Person Centred Support and Enablement model of care is embedded throughout your services.
An enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role.
Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm however flexibility required for on call responsibilities.
