Due to an expansion in the recruitment team, An opportunity has arisen for one Recruitment Officer who are able to 'hit the floor running' to join our high performing team.

Band 4 Recruitment Officers -Full time -Permanent


As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in providing an effective, reliable and responsive recruitment advisory and administration service, which will include managing recruitment activities and providing advice and guidance to applicants and recruiting managers.


This role offers a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is looking for variety, responsibility, people contact and a degree of autonomy.

It is essential that you have previous HR/recruitment experience, particularly managing high volume recruitment campaigns.

You will be challenged with providing an excellent administrative service whilst maintaining a customer focused approach when dealing with managers and prospective employees.


As an experienced Recruitment Officer with a proven track record of providing service and developing strong relationships, whilst utilising your skills in planning and prioritising your work load, handling difficult situations, meeting deadlines and ensuring the provision of an efficient service will be key to your success in the role.
