Areas of responsibility
◉ Responsibility for value creation in the Delivery function
◉ The leadership of ML Delivery Managers, in a way, ML Delivery Managers can solve 90% of project issues
◉ Capabilities management for ML Delivery Managers (growth, promotions, hiring, firing)
◉ Delivery function strategy development and execution
responsibility for Delivery function metrics (OKRs, project margin deviation, projects revenue deviation, etc.)
◉ Top escalation point for ML Delivery Managers if the problem occurs
◉ Regular calls with the clients to improve customer satisfaction
◉ Resources (talents) management
◉ Risk management of a portfolio of all company projects
◉ Keeping relationships and reporting to stakeholders
◉ SoWs verification before signing
◉ Delivery handbook development, integration, and upgrades (set the company's best practices, standards, and processes on how the work is done by raising the bar of industry standards)
◉ Maintaining the system of Delivery team performance analytics
