About the role

As our Head of Technical within salads, you will be responsible for the management of a number of high-profile retail accounts and manage our salads technical team.

You will be responsible for delivering the business and technical strategy for each customer, whilst driving quality through collaborative quality improvement plans.

Delivering quality products to our customers is at the heart of what we do.

Providing the quality while supporting our production and supply chain colleagues, and delivering a positive return for our growers, means the role has a wide stakeholder group and maintaining all these relationships is key.

About you
Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident liaising at all levels both internally and externally

You will be commercially savvy and help to maximise client engagement and unlock new business opportunities.

We're looking for an individual who has previous experience leading and developing a high performing team.

Adaptability, self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key skills for this role.
