Well respected company based near Truro are looking to recruit ICT Manager with the empasis bein gon the need to have good technical understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Ms Dynamics as an example).

Role overview

Systems, hardware and software deployment are critical to the efficient running of the organisation. The selection, maintainance and development of reliable, secure systems is key to the success of the organisation. Providision and reporting on key performanceindicators and other information will assist the management in the running of the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Take responsibility for the core ERP and IT systems.
  • Leadership, management and delivery of specific projects to get the most out of the company ERP system.
  • Provide a reporting system that will give insightful data analysis to the management.
  • Implementing improvements, developing enhancements and managing systems interfaces as well as resolving ERP and database related issues.
  • Provide training to end users of the ERP system and develop a team of ERP champions in different departments of the company.
  • Provide regular updates and highlight issues in a timely fashion to the Engineering Management.

Skills:


  • Project management experience with strong technical leadership skills.
  • ERP implementation, customization and support skills.
  • Strong manufacturing sector industry understanding.
