Description
To provide Operational and Clinical leadership to the team to ensure a motivated and dedicated workforce. To lead an effective, cost-efficient out
- of-hours nursing service across Brighton and Hove. To develop a coordinated, professional clinical team ensuring that communication and engagement are key to the development of the service. To manage the defined area with mínimal supervision for daily operations, seeking support and guidance from the clinical service manager as required.


To be responsible for the clinical development of the teams and delivery of a consistently high-quality service, promoting the team as a positive place for staff experience and development.

To contribute to the Sussex Community NHS Trust agenda as a member of the management team for community services within a defined area.

To work within organisational and other NHS and Government policies and interpret and facilitate how they are implemented within a defined area.

To advise the Clinical Services Manager/General Manager as appropriate on the operational implementation of policies forward visioning and developing the service at all times.
