This role will involve an exciting mix of the following responsibilities;

  • Work alongside the Client Manager, CEO and Operations Director to establish effective partnerships.
  • Take the lead in our "Promote Hope" & "1% 4 Living" Campaigns. Which are national campaigns to promote hope and help people through the cost of living crisis. This will involve various types of online and offline campaigns to get all areas of society and people in the UK behind the efforts to alleviate the cost of living crisis.
  • Contacting various organisations to arrange promotional photo ops as part of the "Promote Hope" campaign. Including, local and national organisations, businesses, charities, school's etc
  • Work alongside Business Administrator and Design Administrator to create promotional campaigns and material for "Promote Hope" campaign and general organisation promotions.
  • Followup with relevant organisations to secure potential funding and sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop a strategic plan to reach out to various organisations and groups
  • Work alongside administrative staff to produce relevant reports and statistics on outreach to partners progress. I.e. update them on numbers and campaigns and potential partner visits so stats can be produced etc.
  • Collate photo's, videos and feedback on relevant promotional events and outreach work to be uploaded on social media and included in newsletter
  • Liaise with relevant organisation partners and organisations to build effective relationships. Such as CAB, Local Authorities and trade unions. As well as sponsors and donors to raise funds.
  • Be a representative for the organisation and speak on our behalf at our various organisation events if required.
  • Participate in promotional events and occasions on behalf of the organisation.
  • Support with internal business organisation operations where required, such as absence cover and busy periods. Eg. support with grant customer service and verification checks as needed.
  • Use analytical tools and strategies like goal conversion rates and A/B testing strategies to improve our conversion rate on all digital platforms
  • Manage web content produced by colleagues, ensuring content is accurate, uptodate and adheres to the tone of voice and brand guidelines
  • Target specific audiences with engaging copy and designs to improve conversion rates
  • Work with design colleagues to create engaging graphics and imagery for multichannel campaigns
  • Manage social media audiences, engaging with and building the audience
  • Regularly review all content and digital platforms' performance and recommend areas for improvement and growth.
  • Leading on PR for the project including developing press opportunities, press releases and engaging members of the press on a regular basis
  • Creating effective systems for the team to collect and share positive stories and experiences from our community members
  • Delivering Fundraising Support for our community, events and corporate fundraising activities including challenge events and online campaigns
  • Leading on development of materials and 'kits' to support fundraising activities such as events packs and fundraising kits
  • Being flexible and carrying out other associated duties as may arise, develop or be assigned in line with the remit of the post

In addition, this role will involve:

  • Supporting the team in the running of events for our volunteers, VIPs and wider community
  • Ensuring, where relevant to your role, that funding
