About You:

You are a dynamic individual with a passion for educating others and making a meaningful difference. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, make you a natural presenter and facilitator.

As a problem-solver, you think creatively and innovatively, with a good eye for visual design to create engaging, presentable and 'on-brand' training materials.

With your strong empathy, you easily connect with clients at all levels of their organisation, and your assertiveness allows you to manage difficult conversations smoothly.

Expertise in using Articulate Storyline and Rise
Proficient understanding of Instructional Design methodologies and strategies
A techsavvy approach to collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook
Datasavvy to enable informed decisionmaking
Strong planning, multitasking, and organisational skills
Ability to build relationships with external clients and stakeholders
A team player with a positive social attitude

About The Role:

You'll develop and implement captivating and impactful training sessions that impress our clients and exceed every expectation they have. You will inspire, motivate, and educate learners on the intricacies of creating outstanding digital learning journeys.

You will tailor training programs to meet the specific requirements of individual clients, fostering an environment conducive to ongoing advancement.

Developing customised training materials that align with client needs and expectations
Delivering engaging training sessions to our clients, both in person and virtually
Incorporating datadriven insights and analysis into the design and evaluation of our training programs
Evaluating training programs and making recommendations for improvement based on client feedback
Assisting in the presales stage to understand client needs and propose effective solutions
Providing coaching and support to clients to reinforce learning and improve performance
Representing Omniplex Learning as a proud brand ambassador
