Our client is a highly successful Property Management company based in Manchester. They are looking for an experienced property admin support for the Estate Manager.
Full time office based, Mon-Friday, pm
Starting salary £20-21,000


About the role:


To be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Estate Managers in a busy and fast-moving Residential Property Management environment.

This will include administrative support and compliance, in addition to estates duties, including liaison/communication duties with clients, building staff and tenants.

To deliver a first class and professional service in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure all outstanding work is completed.
  • Ensure ISO procedures are followed.
  • Be able to competently answer propertybased questions and assist Estate Surveyor/Manager in the daytoday management of the portfolio and able to escalate and chase when help needed.
  • Deal with all aspects of a service charge budget as set by the Estate Surveyor/Manager and Clients.
  • Arrange for external contractors to attend site to carry out works / inspections, using contracts and ad hoc contracts as reference.
  • Ensure all defects are picked up and dealt with on the building inspections reports as reported by the Building Managers / Estate team members.
  • Deal with all web portal postings within the 24hour timescale as set by the service level agreements.
  • Ensure all client reports are completed and sent out on time.
  • Enquiries before contract assist, if necessary, with the maintenance and issue of the 'enquiry packs' to purchasers' solicitors when required.
  • To manage costs and maintain a systembased purchase order system within the estates department.
  • All filing to be kept up to date.

  • Excellent customer service skills with an open and approachable attitude and a willingness to build a rapport with tenants, clients, and other departments.
  • Versatility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of MS Office
  • Word and Excel
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise workload to give maximum productivity

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
