Building Surveyor, Based:
Birmingham / Working area: Predominately Midlands

OUTSIDE IR3- If opting to use a Limited Company
My client a successful consultancy working predominantly in the Education Sector

are looking for a temp Building Surveyor.


The role:


An experienced Building surveyor who already has a good level of exposure as a project surveyor, dealing with the design and contract administration of building projects.

You will enjoy a high quality and diverse range of instructions.

The focus of instructions will be in the design and contract administration of new build, extension, refurbishment and elemental renewal building projects.


Your duties will include:

  • Supporting senior surveyors with feasibility studies and budget costings
  • Preparing scheme designs with costings, programmes for completion of projects and specification of works
  • Contract administration
  • Project management
  • Ensuring projects are completed on budget and to schedule
  • Building Condition Surveys.


Ideally your background will be in the Education Sector, you 'll have a good level of experience in all areas of building surveying ,excellent communication skills.
