Have you got experience in Customer Service in a call centre environment? Have you got Administration experience? Are you available immediately and looking for a temporary role?
My client is currently looking for a customer service advisor who's available immediately.

You will be expected to deliver a high quality of customer service and to resolve customer enquiries quickly and efficiently.

What you'll need:

Experience working in a call centre environment
Great customer service skills
High standard of verbal and written communication
Good attention to detail
Great organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload

What you'll be doing:

Providing excellent customer service where you go above and beyond.
Basic Admin
Helping customers deal with their queries and talking them through different processes
