Here at XPO we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service professionals to join us. Working within a multi national and people focused transport company.

We're looking for an Account Handler to join us based in Leigh.

You will join part of our frontline team which is the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with advice, service and tailored solutions.


Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £21,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Work closely with operation team to ensure customer commitments and expectations are met
  • Prioritise where needed, juggling queries, chasing deliveries and resolving issues
  • Keep customers updated with all areas of the business
  • Continuously work on building relations through the business and with the customer

  • Be computer literate with the ability to navigate from different screens to different systems
  • Show a positive attitude that is customer and colleague focused
  • Have excellent written and verbal skills that is flexible in your approach
  • Be friendly, confident and empathetic
