Cranfield

To start ASAP - 12 months assignment

Rate:

  • £24.97/hr PAYE

Inside IR35

Deliverables

  • Output professional engineering reports.
  • Output professional engineering test and study results.
  • Deliver projects to deadlines.
  • Deliver development within budget.

Description

  • Testing by Digital and Physical evaluation of vehicle systems and products to achieve internal QCT (Quality, Cost and Timing) objectives.
  • Evaluation of vehicle systems (Closures, Body Strength, Body Safety, Bolt Tightening and Water Ingress).
  • Concern Investigation, which could include conducting at Manufacturing Plant and/or suppliers.
  • Project management.
  • Data analysis.
  • Concern Definition and resolution.

Qualifications, Skills and Training Requirements

  • Qualified to minimum of degree level or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to make clear and concise written reports and verbal explanation
  • Clear communication skills, using English language in a business environment.
  • General understanding of product development and the development process
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to review and challenge data
  • Attention to detail with clear and precise reporting skills and the ability to present confidently.
  • Flexibility of working hours
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Valid driving licence for Europe.
  • Ability to drive on public roads and within Proving Ground achieving all Health and Safety requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience of Automotive industry is desired but not essential
