Company client is a long established, professional estate agency operating in the North London area, and covers all aspects of the property industry from Sales and Lettings to Commercial and New Homes.

Client invests in the training of its people to supporttheir personal development as well as the companies, and prides itself on its collaborative management style.

The large Property Management department employs 6 property managers, Head of Property Management, 2 Property management administrator and Account assistant.

Due to the rapid growth, we are now looking for an additional Property Manager.

The Role:


As a property manager, you will be responsible for your own properties, yet work together as part of the team, assisting each other and receiving help as needed.

The property manager's responsibilities will include carrying out Midterm inspections and preparing notices to be served.

As a property manager you will also be responsible for dealing with deposit dilapidations and quickly dealing with maintenance issues asthey arise.


Requirements:


  • 1 years' experience in Property Management.
  • Lettings.
  • Facility Management or Accounts Management. Customer service and procedure focused. Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail. Eager to learn Property Management Legislation Full UK driving license.
