Tech Recruiter / IT Recruitment Consultant - Brighton Airport HQ

Up to £30k basic + 75k first year OTE & Uncapped excellent commission scheme


This role will pay up to £30k basic salary - but has a realistic On Target Earnings of £60k to £75k in your first year and £100k plus in your second year and beyond.


Your role will be to:


  • Work with our existing clients in your technical niche to provide a firstclass recruitment service.
  • Build business development relationships with new clients and build your portfolio of clients alongside our existing accounts.
  • Actively participate in technical networking groups relevant to your niche.

Your skills and experience:


  • 3 months plus Recruitment industry experience.
  • An interest in the IT Recruitment sector, which is one of the most lucrative in the whole recruitment industry.
  • The ability to build excellent professional relationships with people.
  • You enjoy and are proud of doing a good job, well done.
  • Selfmotivated to be successful and you want to be the best at what you do.
