As a Corporate Tax Associate, you will be at the forefront of keeping productive business relationship, dealing with tax reports, being involved in complex taxation work, and grow as a professional.

What will I be doing:


The main duties of the role include:

  • Handling a portfolio of corporate clients to deliver work to budget and deadlines.
  • Preparing corporation tax provisions, computations, and tax returns.
  • Advising on corporation tax liabilities.
  • Assisting with general taxation matters as necessary.
  • Communication with HM Revenue & Customs.
  • General administration.
  • Assisting managers with client queries and specialist advisory projects.
  • Progression on to more complex taxation work with support of our experienced staff.
  • Work towards your professional qualifications with full study support on offer.

What skills are we looking for:

You will be:

  • A recent university graduate or final year university student with good academic results and transferable skills.
  • Alternatively, you will have relevant transferrable skills gained through your work experience and may be looking for a change of career.
  • Looking to pursue a career in tax, with an interest in corporate tax.
  • Willing to study towards and achieve professional qualifications, which will be supported by the firm.
  • Able to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills from your academic / work experience.
  • A confident communicator who can develop positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including with tax colleagues, clients, and other colleagues across the firm.
  • Organised and able to work in an accurate and timely manner with demonstrable project management skills.
