Based, just a short walk from Audley End Railway Station on the Bearwalden Business Park, CRS Technics is a small, ambitious MRO business with a team of forty team members.


An exciting opportunity has become available for a Compliance Administrator to support our Quality & Safety Manager at CRS Technics Limited nr Saffron Waldon.

We are seeking an individual with a keen eye to detail and strong administrative skills.

The purpose of the role is to assist the QSM in organising the companies internal quality system, regularly liaise with training providers for planning and implementing, manage calibration requirements all in line with regulations and procedure's to provide other administrative tasks as and when required.

This key role requires excellent communication and administrative skills as well as the need to be highly organised, have superb attention to detail and the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (including Excel), is also essential.

The successful applicant must be able to work Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4.30pm.


Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Regular liaison with our training providers.
  • Flag up any outstanding training and liaise internally with Engineering Team Leaders to ensure training is undertaken to agreed deadlines.
  • Accurately input information into our inhouse database systems (Aerotrack).
  • Identify and implement processes to improve quality of service and productivity.
  • Handle any Health and Safety, Risk Assessment issues and complete general administrative duties.

Education & Experience

  • GCSE or Equivalent.
  • Ideally 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of planning, monitoring and managing workloads to achieve targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
