Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented General Affairs Staff member to join our team.

General Affair staff is responsible for assisting the GA manager with day-to-day organisational administrative tasks, which are often to be dealt with in a confidential way, secretarial functions, general affairs, assistance to the general manager and other managers.

The staff is charged with dealing with a number of secretarial duties, telephone and mail and other general administration including personal assistant to the general manager.

In addition to the duties, you may, from time to time, be required to take on additional or other duties necessary to meet the needs of the Bank's business.

The staff needs to build and maintain good relationship with service providers. A high level of time management, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills are desirable for the general affairs staff.


Duties:


  • To plan, develop, implement, and administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and lead the implementation of a performance management system.
  • To execute company operational expense as well as generate bank transfer to service providers after approved by GA manager.
  • To provide general supporting activities such as the administration of company legal documents and permits; office cleanliness; and company transportation
  • To assist manager with budgeting, operating and monitoring company's operational expense in monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • To plan and coordinate company events by budgeting, discussing with other departments and making optimum decision.
  • To support the other branch functions/departments operations
  • To build good relationship with companies that provide our company services that help us to generate better administrative activities and operations.

Experience:


  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong written and communication skills in English; fluency in Korean is advantageous
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay:
From £27,000.00 per year
