Receptionist/ Administrator - Biggin Hill, United Kingdom - Zenith Aviation
Description
Due to an internal promotion, Zenith Aviation are looking for a full time Receptionist / Administrator. The role is based at Biggin Hill Airport and the working hours are Monday to FridayPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and answering all telephone calls
- Maintaining the clean and tidy presentation of the reception area
- Daily postal duties
- General office duties including scanning and filing
- Adhoc administrative support for all departments
- Ordering stationery and office supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
- Managing security access system
- Coordination and management of site facilities
- Assist with general Health and Safety admin tasks including weekly/ monthly H&S checks
- Ordering uniform as required for Crew and Engineering staff
Experience/Requirements
- Have accurate attention to detail and an ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient knowledge of Office packages Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Selfmotivated, flexible with an ability to adapt to change quickly
- Effective and positive interaction within a small team environment is essential
- Health and Safety/ facilities administration experience would be an advantage
All applicants must be eligible to work and live in the UK and be within commuting distance to TN16 3BN.
