Description
Due to an internal promotion, Zenith Aviation are looking for a full time Receptionist / Administrator. The role is based at Biggin Hill Airport and the working hours are Monday to Friday


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greeting visitors and answering all telephone calls
  • Maintaining the clean and tidy presentation of the reception area
  • Daily postal duties
  • General office duties including scanning and filing
  • Adhoc administrative support for all departments
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
  • Managing security access system
  • Coordination and management of site facilities
  • Assist with general Health and Safety admin tasks including weekly/ monthly H&S checks
  • Ordering uniform as required for Crew and Engineering staff

Experience/Requirements

  • Have accurate attention to detail and an ability to prioritise workload
  • Proficient knowledge of Office packages Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Selfmotivated, flexible with an ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Effective and positive interaction within a small team environment is essential
  • Health and Safety/ facilities administration experience would be an advantage


All applicants must be eligible to work and live in the UK and be within commuting distance to TN16 3BN.
