Job Summary:


We are seeking experienced professionals in the slaughter, butchery, and knife skills industry to join our team in many sites around the United Kindom.

As a professional in the slaughter industry, you will be responsible for the following activities:


Responsibilities:


  • Slaughtering animals according to established procedures and regulations
  • Performing tasks such as carcass sawing, skinning, flaying, and evisceration
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards throughout the process
  • Operating and maintaining equipment and machinery used in the slaughter and processing of meat
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficiency and productivity in the slaughter process

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in abattoirs
  • Knowledge of meat processing procedures and techniques
  • Ability to use and maintain various types of meat processing equipment and machinery
  • Physical endurance and dexterity
  • Ability to work well in a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends
