Podium Recruitment Limited is on the lookout for a Collections Advisers looking to build a long-term career within motor finance.

You will be well rewarded with a starting salary of £30,000, with a bonus of up to 10% and the opportunity to work in a vibrantand modern city centre office in Manchester.


As a flexible Collections Adviser, you will recover customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department or function.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Set appropriate, sustainable, and compliant repayment arrangements
  • Address failed arrangements in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Address customers' change of circumstances in line with company policy and procedures surrounding potentially vulnerable customers
  • Address and raise any risks identified through the course of the role and in line with company policy.
To apply, you must have 18 months' minimum collections experience, ideally within a regulated environment. Asset or car finance would be an advantage. Consumer Finance is desirable but not essential.
