Description
GIANT FREIGHT are seeking a reliable and experienced to join our team. As a delivery driver you will be responsible for warehouse operations, commercial driving, and delivery services. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and some communication skills.

7 DAYS PAYMENT TERMS

Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
  • Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the supervisor
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery details and any potential issues
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management and organising stock

Skills:


  • Reliability and good time keeping essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

£600.00-£1,050.00 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:


  • Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
