We are a utilities and civil engineering company based in Brierley hill- we are seeking a skilled and professional bookkeeper to join our financial team you will be responsible for maintains accurate financial records and performing accounting tasks
- your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financiancial data
duties include ,
monthly P&L
Vat returns ,CIS returns, statements, sales ledger invoices ,CIS credits
bank reconciliations monthly journals updating cash book
allocating receipts, payments
ensuring all corporate, HMRC and all other mandatory deadlines are adhered to
assist external accountant with year end
must have long term experience
skills and qualifications required
NVQ level 3 (AAT) or 5 years experience
highly organised
high level numeracy skills
excellent IT skills
Salary:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brierley Hill: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (required)
