Location: 80 Shaftesbury Ave, London W1D 6NF

Responsibilities

As a retail Assistant, you'll typically need to:

Approach customers and sell products
Process customer payment and refunds
Maintain displays and signage
Resolve customer enquiries and complaints
Ensure products are presentable and clean
Ensure store and warehouse clean
Receive deliveries and conduct stock cheques
Be aware of shoplifting and payment or identity fraud

Qualifications

Computer literacy and familiarity with POS system
Good numerical and verbal communication skills
An engaging and friendly personality
Ability to work in a team
Physical fitness, the ability to stand for long periods, and more stock
Punctuality and excellent timekeeping
