About the role
Are you a proactive and responsive individual looking for a
multi-faceted role which is responsible for the delivery of an excellent, customer focused, value for money service in both occupied and vacant properties?


As the Damp and Disrepair Supervisor, every day brings different challenges; you could be carrying out repair inspections in occupied homes, carrying out surveys in empty homes, preparing schedules of work, assessing disrepair claims, managing minor works improvements, planned maintenance, carrying out health and safety inspections, managing contractors as well having the opportunity to manage a team.


  • Has a proven ability to work independently within a team and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service
  • Takes pride in their work and delivers great customer care
  • Has a demonstrable track record in achieving results and providing a value for money service
  • Extensive Health & Safety knowledge
  • A full, current driving licence is essential
