Hotel/Apartment Receptionist


Location:
Mansio Suites, 117 The Headrow, Leeds


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team at the prestigious Mansio Suites in Leeds.

As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests and tenants have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.

This position requires exceptional customer service skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to handle various responsibilities with efficiency and grace.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and checkin guests and tenants in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival process.
  • Handle all guest and tenant inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about the hotel/apartment, its facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with tact and empathy, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing reservations, updating guest and tenant records, and maintaining accurate files.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as necessary.
  • Maintain a presentable and organised reception area, including managing the flow of incoming and outgoing guests and tenants.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous manner.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities, with the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive and selfmotivated mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours. The position will require you to work 5 days a week, usually Monday-Friday 9am5.30pm. However, will also require weekend shift on occasions and holiday shifts.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding service and exceeding guest and tenant expectations.
