The Organisation

An established FMCG leader seeking to recruit a Group S&OP Analyst to help drive S&OP capability, reporting and standardisation across their network.

The Role:

Preparing presentation material: data analysis and business hypothesis for the global supply chain leadership team
Reporting on the KPI's and metrics related to customer service and inventory across multiple markets
Providing actionable and insightful data to improve standardisation and the group S&OP process
Delivering input to global S&OP process (partnering with global supply chain teams)
Owns and enhances datasources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements
Ensures data collection and analysis are performed with the right level of accuracy, frequency, granularity
Driving continuous improvement to continually enhance S&OP process
Ensures data harmonization
Previous experience as a supply chain analyst or within a analytical supply chain role within the FMCG or consulting industry.
Highly Analytical, experience in managing large data sets
Excellence BI, Excel, Pivot table experience
Experience in transforming complex data sets and translating into actionable data
Experience in engaging with stakeholders within a complex matrix environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Selfstarter with a good a ability to deal with ambiguity
