Description

The work involves various maintenance duties within the home, and general upkeep of busy communal areas.

Applicant must have general Handyman experience and ability to work under own initiative, although you will be working alongside the Maintenance Officer.

Requirements:

• Basic decorating, painting and cleaning
• Practical skills and proficiency with tools
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical and heating systems
• Good communication skills
• To be able to use all basic power tools/gardening equipment.
• To assist with general moving of furniture within the premises.
• To work closely with contractors who are undertaking work within the home. A risk assessment must also be devised to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and visitors.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 15 per week

From £14.00 per hour
