Role:

The Role:


We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong customer focus to join our UK Commercial Sales Team as a Commercial Account Executive.

In this role you will support the Sales Director on a mixture of accounts including short-line, regional multiple and Supermarkets, both directly and via the Accord Scheme, to aid the achievement of the sales and profit business objectives.


Working closely with the Commercial Team and other Accord Senior Management, you'll continually develop the national channel strategy including implementation of the channel commercial relationships and National Channel business plans, including identification of business expansion opportunities and support on new product launches, promotional planning and overstock management.


The Person:


  • Experience in a similar role, working in the Healthcare market, within generics, brand or OTC
  • Excellent business acumen and commercial judgement required
  • Experience in negotiating
  • Data analysis experience, with strong MS Excel Skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload and meet timelines
  • Ability to lead and influence the organisation to deliver channel related goals
  • Highly credible with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of regulatory processes and supply chain
  • A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative
