Description
RSR is a public safety, Housing & enterprise security recruitment specialist. We assist public safety & housing employers find the right talent. We assist all employers when they want to source public safety, housing and enterprise security skills and experience.

RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Birmingham for a Housing Customer Service Officer.

This is a full time, temporary role initially for 3-6 months and offers a pay rate of £11.79.


Main Duties:


  • Acting as the point of all front of house and inbound contact and communication with the organisation, including reception and visitor liaison.
  • Provide an effective and efficient service to ensure a professional and responsive service to our customers and visitors.
  • Provide guidance, advice and where necessary signpost and assist our customers to resolve any queries, report any information, receive feedback and to take any other action required to provide a professional service and excellent customer care.

Essential Requirements:


  • Previous experience of a customer facing role, delivering excellent customer service within a Housing Sector environment is desirable
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident speaking with people over the phone making outbound and taking inbound calls from tenants and 3rd party managing agents.
  • Able to work collaboratively and flexibly in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to stay calm in difficult situations and influence positive outcomes
