An exciting opportunity has risen for a band 6 Community Practitioner to join the Adult Eating Disorder Team based at Imperial Avenue, Norton, Stockton on Tees.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is able to work with a wider MDT, working alongside other professionals and striving for best outcomes for service users with an interest in Eating Disorders.

As a core member of the team, you will also be responsible for:

your own caseload

- providing assessments
- delivering intervention in the community.

You will demonstrate:

Excellent assessment skills

- interpersonal and team working skills
- be able to work collaboratively with a range of statutory and third sector.

The team cover the geography of Durham, Darlington and Teesside, therefore flexibility to travel across this geography is essential
