Our People team are looking to recruit a
HR Advisor to join us.


This role will be predominantly based at our head office site in Loughborough, however there will be a requirement for travel (most likely at least once a week) to our other UK Sites.

Our Key sites are all based within 1 hour of Loughborough, however travel further maybe required on an ad-hoc basis.

Flexibility is key in this role with the need to be adaptable to change, so we work on a flexible hybrid approach with our team, very much spending on average 3 days a week with our colleagues on site at head office or at one of our other sites if needed, and then the rest of the time working remotely from home or where you should choose to work from.


Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide advice and guidance to Managers and Team Members on all colleague related matters covering all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Support colleagues and line managers when it comes to any employment related issues, both via telephone and face to face, supporting in the improvement of HR visibility across the group.
  • Ensure all areas of the business are briefed and kept up to date with current and new legislations. Develop and review HR policies and procedures in line with any changes.
  • Coach and develop the Management team to improve people management capability.
  • Maintain all administration requirements for HR and Data Protection requirements.
  • Support with Employee Relations activities, including change management, employee communications, employee welfare, disciplinary, grievance and absences in partnership the Management Team.
