The Company

We are MyDek Ltd - on a mission to make high-rise balcony living safer through our fully certified non-combustible decking system.

Operating in the huge balcony refurbishment market as well as the new-build market, we harness our vast experience, creativity, passion and drive to make balconies and terraces safe places to be.

We are now looking for a BDE Telemarketer to join our team in Milton Keynes or London on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a BDE Telemarketer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our decking systems to customers via outbound calling activity.

This fast-paced and varied role will also see you:

• Updating the CRM system
• Delivering on monthend goals and KPIs
• Creating and issuing sales documentation

About You
To be considered as a BDE Telemarketer, you will need:

• Experience in business development, telemarketing or telesales
• Experience using a CRM system
• Experience with lead generation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in IT, in particular Excel
• At a minimum, five GSCEs or the equivalent, including Mathematics and English
