Fire Service Engineer - London

Alarm Communications Limited (ACL), a specialist division of Marlowe Fire & Security Group, are looking to appoint a Fire Services Engineer to carry out regular servicing, reactive maintenance and commissioning of our clients' Fire detection,Emergency lighting Fire extinguishers and associated systems along with completing and submitting all relevant documentation

The Opportunity

Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire safety equipment including fire extinguishers and fire alarm systems
Reporting of any changes or deficiencies of fire safety systems
Where deficiencies have been identified, determining the appropriate remedial action and generation of quotes.
Accurate and legible completion of work reports
Effective planning and management of work
Adhering to Health & Safety requirements
Excellent personal presentation and always represents the company in a polite and professional manner

About You

Possess adequate electrical knowledge
Qualifications within any of our fire related fields or a technical area would be highly desirable
Able to carry equipment up and down ladders and steps, i.e. detectors, cable and power tools
Have the ability to use hand tool and power tools to repair and dismantle equipment.
Possess a full UK driving licence.
Be within commuting distance of Central London.
