Waste Management Facilities are a national waste management broker based in Bournemouth, Dorset. We are a family run business established in 2003. We are looking for an office basedpart time Accounts Assistant to join our busy, growing team. Hybrid working is offered following training, based on one day a week from home.
Responsibilities to include:
- Provide support to the finance director, purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
- Building a rapport with customers and suppliers
- Monitoring the department mailbox
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Processing customer and supplier invoices
- Allocating customer payments
- Managing and creating supplier payments
- Maintaining customer and supplier accounts
- Data input to internal systems
- Performing administrative tasks as required
- Working closely with the sales and customer service departments with regards to any account related enquiries
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
£12,500.00-£15,000.00 per year
