My client has recently undergone significant growth at their London office, so now require a Contracts Manager with experience working within a Water Hygiene/Legionella consultancy to join their team in the South East.


The company house multiple offices across the UK and offer a broad range of services within Water Hygiene, Treatment & Legionella Risk Management.

The purpose of this role is to support the Managing Director with the running of some of their newest contractsacross the South East of England.

Requirements;

  • 3 years within a Contracts Management position
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing
  • Flexibility to work around the North/North West
  • Strong desire to progress
Duties;

  • Quoting of works
  • Monitoring Contracts to pertain existing works
  • Carrying out Risk Assessments when needed
  • Be highest level of support to the Managing Director
  • Oversee whole team of Legionella Risk Assessors, Water Hygiene Technicians & Plumbers.
  • Liaise with sales & office staff to ensure contracts can be ran correctly
The company offer a negotiable basic salary depending on experience and the position will be split 50/50 office:site work
- so a company car will be provided also.
