Duties May include ( but not limited to ):

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages or assisting with enquiries
  • To meet, greet all visitors and guests, making them feel welcome.
  • Keep meeting room calendar up to date / calendar management
  • Book meeting rooms in company calendar, making sure all requests will be met.
  • Ensure the Reception area is well presented
  • Ensure telephone lists are updated regularly
  • Log all incoming registered and couriered post
  • To book all cars and couriers over the phone and online
  • Assisting with accounts administration
  • Some administration support
  • Order any refreshments, food/beverages for meetings
  • To undertake ad hoc duties as and when required
