- To meet, greet all visitors and guests, making them feel welcome.
- Keep meeting room calendar up to date / calendar management
- Book meeting rooms in company calendar, making sure all requests will be met.
- Ensure the Reception area is well presented
- Ensure telephone lists are updated regularly
- Log all incoming registered and couriered post
- To book all cars and couriers over the phone and online
- Assisting with accounts administration
- Some administration support
- Order any refreshments, food/beverages for meetings
- To undertake ad hoc duties as and when required
