An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Receptionist to join the clinical support division to join our expanding outpatient Team.

This position is to support the Outpatient Administration Lead, support the General Office and support the day to day running of the reception team.

To be a member of a professional team that provides comprehensive, high quality reception.

To proactively communicate information between relevant patients/relatives, doctors and professionals.

Responsible for decision-making with situations arising from the duties and responsibilities described below to ensure an effective, organised, comprehensive and efficient, high quality patient centered front facing clerical service.

To cross cover scheduling and general office functions.
