Overview

The Operations Team at CCS Media has an opportunity for an additional Co-ordinator in our Order Fulfilment Team. A keen

eye for detail and numerical ability is essential to be successful within this role.

You will a have passion for supporting our day-to-day business and an eagerness for offering improvements in processes.

You will need to be driven and can work on your own or in a team. The role is based from our Head Office, in Chesterfield

but after initial training, we offer agile working.

Responsibilities:

The position will involve the following areas of


responsibility:

  • To process orders created daily and to progress back
orders with all suppliers and vendors, while managing

the objectives of cost and delivery performance and

continually monitoring, evaluating, and improving the

quality of service we provide to our customers.

  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Maintain current and accurate internal supplier
information.

  • Processing purchase orders
  • Progression of purchase orders, obtaining due dates &
updating the system to reflect ETAs.

  • Work with sales and other teams to resolve price
queries and delivery issues.

  • Coordinate the booking in and invoicing of purchase
orders.

  • Obtaining proof of delivery & additional delivery
information as and when required.

  • Liaise with internal sales account managers to
resolve order queries.


Hours of Work:

  • The hours of work are 8:30am 5:30pm Monday to
Friday with 1 hour for lunch.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
Up to £11.44 per hour
